My new 700M laptop comes in on Tuesday and I plan on using it for lecture days in class. My instructors lectures can run up to 2-3 hours long and I would really love to be able to record it using this laptop.
I have not searched but I'm sure I'll be able to find some software that allows me to record. My main concern is finding a really portable Microphone to use. Does anyone currently use a microphone or know of a certain microphone that is portable and small and could pick up lectures clearly at a range of 15-30 feet?
I found this http://www.soundprofessionals.com/c...item/SP-MCE-494
But a forum member from another forum made a great point that although it looks like it could work, the microphone would probably pick up alot of noise from me pressing keys and paper shuffling, and I agree. Does anyone know of a small mic that has a mini tripod type of stand, one that I can point to a certain directions
Any help on this guys would greatly be appreciated. Thanks
