Someone please help re Outlook Express 6!

No matter what I do, Outlook Express still defaults itself as my default mail program. I want to use my netscape mail as my default program. I told IE to make netscape mail my default client and I even told windows to remove access to outlook express under "set program access and defaults" No matter what I do, outlook express is hell bent on staying the default client.

What do I do?

Does anyone else use OE on your computer?

When you go into OE, tools, options and at the bottom of the general tab does Make Default button grayed out?

No one else does.... what i did was I went through the whole registry and deleted every reference to outlook express.... everything works for the moment...
