someone please help me get my TV Wonder 650 to work

I cannot get the tv tuner to work,the driver doesn't install or something
I don't know what I should be looking for in device manager which is what the ATI multimedia center tells me to check because the tv driver failed to initialize
 
Please:
I need:
OS (using media center?)
Motherboard and chipset
Graphics.

try putting it in a different pci slot?
 
Couple things could be wrong here.
I would make sure that your system is compatible. Considering its a Nforce3 chipset, i assume the other components are finely aged.
As far as "device manager" i would check under the usual spots: Display adapters, and the Sound, video and game controllers section. Try downloading a new set of drivers, sometimes they get corrupted.
