Back when I was in high school there was something that I'm glad I didn't see. Well there were two guys (mid-late 20s) who had been fighting over a girl. There's more to it than that as both were into drugs and there was a history of bad blood between them. I'm not sure exactly what happened but the one showed up at the other's house with a group of friends, and the other guy was defending himself with a shotgun. Somehow one of the guys took a shot point blank to the lower face. I heard that his jaw had been blown clean off his face.

Sadly no. I don't know the exact details (I personally don't like getting into other people's business, but its a small town so inevitably you will hear about things especially when it's something like that). A girl in my class lived across the road from them and said her family heard the gunshot. I also got some details from trustworthy people who talked directly to people who were there. His friends rushed him to the hospital in the car, one of them holding his head in their lap. It was very sad. I believe the two guys actually used to be very good friends, but there were a bunch of things that happened between them and it just kinda came to a head one day.

A similar incident. I don't even know what the guy looked like so I wouldn't even be able to tell if it was him or not. I'm doubtful they took pictures. I kinda wondered why you asked if I just made it up, I didn't know you thought I was talking about the guy in the picture.

The story you told just seemed a bit story book like to me. I wasn't sure if you were a thread pooper or not. Anyhow, thanks for sharing.
