I finally picked up Diablo 2 expansion last week for a cheap price and have been playing the Druid. Having a great time but I don't quite understand what the Oak Sage spirit does. Supposedly it "Summons a spirit of Nature to enhance the Druid's health." but I have not figured out what part of my character has been enhanced. Does it raise you life points, or recharge your life points, or both. I have the same misunderstanding with the Heart of the Wolverine. I am in the begining of the third act and I have about 6 skill points saved up and am trying to decide where to put them. Thanks for any input.

Oak sage is this little orange spirit that runs around. Within its vicinity, it will improve your base health by ___%. It should have those orange dots underneath your character if its working. A simple example on how it works, just go in battle (anywhere non-town), un-summon your oak sage, look at your life, summon oak sage, and look at it again. You need to wait about a minute for the effect to wear down/power up.

Wolverine is similar except it increases your damage (base weapon damage) and attack rating.
