Dear lord, I'll do it for $200.

There are services that will do this for you. Not sure how much they charge for each CD. You send them the discs and the IPOD and they fill it for you.

man, you could do that in less than a day easy, especially if your comp is reasonably fast at ripping. Also, can you use your own computer to do this or do you need to use theirs? If so, thats alot of "free" music you could leave on the hdd...

either way, $300 (tax free) for one days work is not bad at all.

Not unless you use really crappy quality settings.

At even moderate quality 170 CD's should be 20 GB.
