Someone must die for this

At least 3 vehicles (including my 97 ram 1500) were broken into at my apartment complex last night. They opened my locked truck with a screwdriver (thanks Dodge you a$$holes) and proceeded to jack with the ignition switch. The maint guys at my apartment were able to "modify" it to be opened with a screwdriver, so now it is semi-useable. I want to kill someone.

Car thevies suck! I've had my car broken into 3 or 4 times now and it just sucks. Last time it happened, it wasn't all that bad. I didn't waste my time calling the cops or anything. I just had the window replaced and threw in my back up stereo. Three days later, I bought a new car. Good thing about having a Buick LeSabre...I've left it unlocked by mistake plenty of times. Nothing has ever been missing. And the radio is built into the dash and can't be ripped off.

The odd thing is, they didn't take anything. I had a couple of socket sets of tools and such along with about $30 in change.

Man you gosta move out tha ghetto 🙂 I've never had a car broken into. My sentra I had at the apartment building often unlocked and the headunit would have been a quick steal and the speakers were there begging for a theiving (granted, not particularly expensive ones), but no problems!

At the time I was living close to a major university. I just chalked it up to poor college kids needing a new stereo. Or ghetto kids wanting something to swap for some rock. Oh well. The switch to a Buick has solved those problems for now. No one wants a Buick...much less wanting it enough to steal.

Sounds like it's time for a BLOODBATH.

Had the radio stolen out of one car and an attempt to steal the stereo out of another.

We need more vigilante justice around here. Who wants to join me in the fight against crime? Only the most die-hard ATOT'ers are allowed in my vigilante group.

I was visiting a friend at the Wedgewood complex in town one night for an extended round of console gaming, and when I left it was around 3:00 A.M. and there were a couple of cop cars in the parking lot. Asked them what was going on, as they seemed to be just standing around chatting, and it seems someone had broken into a car at the complex with the intent of stealing some car stereo equipment. Someone had broken out the driver side window of a car with a brick (for some reason I seem to recall that it was wrapped in duct tape or something) and started fumbling around blind under the driver's seat for the amp, if I recall correctly.

It turned out the owner of that vehicle had had their equipment stolen before, so had soldered a bunch of double edged razor blades to an untwisted coat hanger and wrapped it around his amp. The thief got a handful of blades when he started fumbling around under there and left a trail of blood out to the curb where a buddy apparently picked him up. The thief was later apprehended at the emergency room of Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. 🙂

My cars have been broken into/stolen many many times. One of my (family) cars has been broken into/stolen 14 times! And they caught the same guy doing it a few times already. Thanks Canadian law!

Anyways, once in my complex they broke into one of my family's car, they took the tools from the trunk and used it to jack the wheels off the nice nice BMW parked behind us.

Kinda funny when you look back on it 🙂

There are 4 things of a man's you just don't fvck with: His Woman, His Mother, His Sister and His Ride. That sucks. :|
