Someone keep emailing me viurs.. What can I do?

I dont know how my email address got into this person's hand. I don't know who he is and I have never receive an email from him until 2 days ago. I am guessing that his computer got infected with one of those virus that goes thru your address books and send itself out to whoever is on the address book. Because I would get at least 10 emails from him a day with different topics but same messages and same attachments. I am using Outlook so I setup an rule to have the email deleted automatically whenever he email me. But is there a way to get rid of him forever?? I have tried to email him and warn him about the virus but no response. What can I do?
