Someone just ran through my neighbors fence

Well, I was just on my PC talking to some friends and I hear this big crash, I walk out of my house to see this.

I dont know WTF just happened, but I am wondering how that happened..

Anyone got ideas?

All I've heard so far is that she lost her brakes...

My neighbors arent gonna be too happy..
