They purchased something from me and had already payed and I shipped. They e-mailed me and informed me that someone was requesting that they pay another person "Diana". Should I report this to ebay?

Give them my address as well and inform them that they must pay me, too. 😛
 
You should and DO NOT pay anyone else with that $ that they sent you. If anything cancel the payment and or send it back to them, charge them for whatever fees you had to pay for and steer clear. Sounds kinda fraudulent.
