Well not really a credit card problem, but a stolen credit card. I am going to kill whoever stole it, and I am pretty sure I know who did it already.

Damn thing was stolen right from my bedroom sometime last night.🙁

That sux0rs. I had a roomate's friend steal mine one time when I was in the shower. He went and bought 75 dollars worth of crap with it. I told him he had 2 hours to bring me the amount he charged+10 bucks or I was calling the cops and pressing charges. Whatever you do press charges. Damn thieves.

It was either my roommate or one of his friends. Can't check to see what has been purchased (if anything) because the account has been nuked.

My roomate from college stole mine and tried to charge his rent on it... lucky I had it maxed out at the time... I pulled out my blackjack and was about to beat him with it, when he confessed... then I pressed charges, and dropped all his classes, and cancelled his driver's license when he wasn't around (he was 24, and still needed 65 credits to graduate, what a loser). His dad called me begging not to press charges but I did it anyway. I taught him a goooooood lesson hehe.

THey nuke the account for stolen cards? That's hard to believe....don't they investigate usually? If that's waht they toldyou, I'd get a second opinion. That'd be a stupid policy if they did though.

Not really nuked. However, the number is cancelled and I am issued a new account number.

Discover is the best!!! One of our cards was stolen from the mail so they issued us new ones. They used the SAME NUMBER as before. My dad cancelled it the minute he got the replacement in the mail. They wouldn't stop though, they sent us those silly keychain cards. He called and declined again. Finally, we got another set of regular cards. He called yet again.

And Discover wonders why people commit fraud...
