I'm here again!
Some opinions:
[1] Insurance make money with people that don't have accidents and don't report sh|t! Period! As any business, they will "punish" those who take out their profits! That itself is pretty bad, unless ofcourse you OWN an insurance company. That is a business like any other.
[2] This stuff happened to me (as I stated before) and also to my father in same neighborhood (yes, I know, move!

). I hate when it happened (like anyone would hate), but we are all talking about the hit&run VICTIMS. Now, I'll leave a question in the air: Honestly, how many of you think would stay in the scene/leave a note/admit guilt in a situation where you just bumped a car, and (you think) no one is looking?
You don't have to answer, just think about it. As a matter of fact, whichever answer you may give doesn't matter here ... what DOES matter is what you'll do IN THE SITUATION!
