Looking at the 200 dollar range....

Would need a cpu block for an skt 939 chip....one for a 6800-6600 gpu chip....how about a NB chipset as well

I think the only thing will be a large low volt fan for the harddrives. and the PSU....may get an active enermax cooler with adjustable whisper fan technology.....

I want near silence....

Got money to waste and time to play...

I use the EXOS system. It'll prolly be out of your price range (~300) but everything is in a nice tidy package. The cooler uses the existing HSF bracket (I'm on an Intel system) and the fan speeds are adjustable depending on when you need cooling performance or quiet operation. I just put the unit by the window and get great cooling performance. You can do your own and prolly for cheaper but I have a shortage of space so this solution works for me. G'luck.

What case do you have?

My whole system only has two 120mm ~6.3V fans... I need to know Case and PSU (which is most difficult) High power and low noise PSU's are few and far between. Also Do you have a die grinder, drill, Sheet metal sheers? Or simply want plug and play.
