Um yeah, so far I've maxed at 120 beeps, which I believe is the end of level 12 or 13 (it might be a variation, running off a cassette, maxing around 225 or so.)... I want to try and improve that as much as possible... So if any of you got advice on improving the beep test (lifting weights, leg press, leg extensions, etc...), by all means go ahead...
I want to try and at least get 150 beeps before the end of June...
So far I've improved on
1. Timing on the first few levels so it's a continuous walk.
2. Stop at line, then turn around and go back into the stance (one leg behind the other)...
So far I'm trying to cope with my shin splints too, so I've been trying to put ice on it so far... Also I've been like dying for water after about 100... So does that = I should drink water before I go?... Cause you can't just stop, drink, and then go again...
