wow, live ones are probably worth a ton of money. i know my mom buys the dried ones and they're really expensive. find an old asian lady...i bet you she'll buy em from you.

okay, i just gutted them and boiled it in hot water for about 15 minutes. those things are still tough as leather. i left them in the freezer to freeze, and have to decide how i want to stew them...
