Someone explain what are the advantages of my Chipset please

Here are the specs of the chipset I have on my motherboard

its the first on that says 3600 and 3050 . I'm currently on dual 2.8GHZ opterons and wondering what are the advantages or disadvantages of having this chipset .

Just read it, the +/-'s are pretty obvious. Maybe it's just because I have the secret decoder ring!!
