Already did a search for crabby, jacks, and drunk, so if it's a repost, then bite me.

This was also a place I used to work at for about 6 months. I liked the job and the co-workers, but really didn't like the owner/manager/boss. He looked exactly like Ron Jeremy but a foot taller and has an atitude to boot.
However, Crabby Jacks on every Friday and Saturday night gets jam packed. Heck, most of the time I thought we were breaking fire code because I could hardly move around to do my job. I can easily see where this guy could get so stinking drunk and no one could recognize it. Just giving out thatbit of side information and facts.

A jury in a civil trial on Tuesday found Crabby Jacks Restaurant partly responsible for the death of a 28-year-old man who was killed by a motorist who had been drinking at the restaurant's bar.
The jury awarded the parents of Roy Lynn Williams $4 million for the loss of their son, who was killed by Ernesto Gonzalez Jr. in 1999. They also awarded the family $7,000 for funeral expenses.
Crabby Jacks was found to be responsible for Williams' death because the establishment kept serving Gonzalez alcohol after he was drunk.
Under a Texas statute known as the "dram shop law," restaurant and bar employees are required to stop serving alcohol to patrons when it becomes obvious that the person is so intoxicated they present a clear danger to themselves or others, according to the lawsuit.
A Crabby Jacks security guard kicked Gonzalez out of the restaurant because he was so drunk he was becoming a nuisance to other customers, according to the lawsuit.
Williams' parents, Catherine and Tom, said they hope the verdict sends a message to bar owners and employees who do not obey the law.
"It's bittersweet," Tom Williams said after leaving the courtroom. "We have a verdict, but we don't have a son."
Williams was killed when Gonzalez's vehicle was traveling the wrong way on U.S. 281 and collided head-on with the car Williams was in. Gonzalez had a 0.19 blood-alcohol ratio around the time of the crash.
He testified in a taped deposition that he had been drinking beer and shots at the restaurant before the crash.
Gonzalez was sentenced to 15 years in prison after pleading guilty in 2001 to intoxication manslaughter and three counts of intoxication assault.
The jury also awarded damages to two other men injured in the crash. Derek Winters was given $100,000 and Jason Gonzales was awarded $2 million.
Jason Gonzales, who was in a coma after the crash, said he hopes to use the money to pay off medical bills resulting from the crash.
