On Saturday I had a sore throat, then that kind of went away, then my nose started to run, then I was getting this drowsy feeling so I went to sleep at like 10:30 (earliest I've slept in a LONG time) couldn't sleep then woke up at about 3a.m., browed around here til about 4:30 a.m., then woke up at about 10:30a.m. Then I was really tired, and it's like everything below my neck was cold, and my head was warm. I've had about 15 cups of water today, and about 3 cups of orange juice and I've gone to the bathroom about 8 times today (3 in one hour once).

So now I have Flu and Cold medicine..What should I take?

And what lead up to this was on Friday I was working with my dad for about 4 hours of shoveling and stuff. I was quite tired afterward..

A fever maybe? Just take some tylenol, if you aren't barfing or coughing/nose running then nothing else will help any more than that.

based on your symptoms I'd have to conclude that you are having gender issues and should seek estrogen treatment immediately. you will grow nice boobies but you will lose your friend down there.

I think your illness is directly related to the amount of time you spend watching wrestling and the XFL. ;)

Seriously, it sounds like either a cold or just sinuses - take something for the symptoms. If you've got a stuffy nose, take a decongestant; if you've got a runny nose/sneezing, take an antihistamine; if you've got a cough, take some cough medicine. If you're cold and achy, take some Tylenol. Keep pushing the fluids - if you've got a cold, the extra liquids will keep stuff flowing, so to speak.

And stay away from Vince McMahon. ;)

I've concluded it doesn't have to do with estrogen, or Vince McMahon, but from what someone's told me, FATIGUE. Is that possible? It does make sense though, since I do seem to get sick almost every time I work with my dad doing strenuous stuff. Although I've felt WAAAY more tired after Cross country or Volleyball practice.

I doubt it's flu unless you are really achy. You may have overexerted yourself or might have a cold. Drink plenty of liquids and get lots of rest. You can take some vitamin c as a supplement.

Feel better soon!

First off, I think it's the browing that's doing you in. Brows are nothing to be taken lightly and deserve the lions share of respect. If you see someone browing properly, you'll notice that they use very little effort. Forcing browing can only lead to trouble and inevitably to serious illness. If you cut your browing now, you may be able to save yourself a hospitalization.

Second, I've been practicing this for years. (Clears throat) "This is viral, and antibiotics won't help you at all. Get plenty of sleep and clear fluids. If it's not gone in a week, come back and see me."

Third, Typically estrogens won't make your boys go away as much as testosterone. It's (exogenous) testosterone that makes them shrink up like BB's in a duffle bag. That's why body builders on roids can wear those thongs and nothing bulges but muscles. But I believe that DiRF is correct on the gender issues.

Fourth, and this is serious, you can take whatever makes you feel better and doesn't kill you.
