Um... do it yourself? There are tons of utilities out there to do it. Some are freeware. It's not hard.
 
please i really need it, if i was at home i would use cool edit pro 2 to do, but i cant, so unless your going to help me, shut the hell up and stay off of my thread

its just kinda irratating when i am asking for something and then i get alot of slack about how easy it is and stuff, i know how to do it, i am just in a postion where i cant, and i dont need someone giving me shlt about it, i just prefer they read the thread and didnt do it, or did, and leave it at that
