...those bastard punks. Didn't take anything, just had a look. Happened in my underground parking lot....

So now my car got towed to a shop, $800 to replace the driver side window, possibly have to fix/replace the front driver seat leather, and I'm driving a Focus wagon until its done.

I can gurantee if I were to catch them, I would be criminally charged with something.

Are you sure it was a rock and not a bowling ball?

Quick check your kitchen table!

yes...its winter up here and it would have been a cold drive. Not to mention the window that was on my driver seat. I wasn't about to clean it up, I'll let someone else do it.

Well his sig says New Gen. Mustang so if that is it then there is probable very little to no aftermarket glass for it yet so it is a dealer only item. Then the car being new they, shops, will charge more.

It could have been replaced for $300 with aftermarket glass. I requested that it be factory CarLite glass.

I don't consider a seat full of glass driveable....ot driving across the city with an open window in the cold while it snows.

What do I care anyways, Insurance is paying for everything.

well if insurance pays for the tow...fine, i'd do the same

but out of my pocket...i'd say suck it up and drive. cleaning the glass wouldnt take long, enough to drive it anyway
