Somebody Settle this Argument

A friend of mine and I have been arguing over wither it?s possible to run four Dell 3007WFP, if you had say two 8800GTX?s running in Vista?
Obviously, you would have to have way too much money to do this, but just for arguments sake would it work?

It would work - both the outputs on the 8800s are dual-link DVI capable of driving the 3007WFP. Dual-dual-dual-link DVI = 4 dual-link DVI ports.

Hey... since Win 95/98 you could run upto 8 displays...... I managed to get 5 (onboard vga and 4 pci video cards....)

But yes.... you can run 4 displays......

My work PC I'm using right now has 3 unique displays.... Dell GX620 with ATI X600 with two DVI outputs via propiratiery DVI splitter, and an old ATI 9000 32mb PCI card....all running on XP just fine.
