Somebody is requesting my EVAL PO?

At first I didn't know what that means. But after some research it seams that EVAL PO is basically some reference like heatware. Now the problem is I don't have any heatware history, so how do I go about giving a reply to the person. This person is actaully a representative from SUPER TALENT. Thanks for any input.
