somebody help me setup serious sam to use a joypad plz

i would like to play serious sam with a joypad like unreal tournament but the setup menu is really confusing can somebody tell me or show me a site on seyying up the controller to strafe left and right thanks

Only way to play a FPS is with a keyboard and mouse 😛

I can't remember what the menu system is like for SS but the instructions to the game should explain it. What is the confusing part of it?
 
the confusing part is i cant seem to strafe left and right i can move forward and back ok.i have a logitech wingman controller.i know most people like key+mice,but hey i guess i'm diffrent 🙂

also most games that you can use joypad the instructions are easy this game has like 30 options for controller i dont know what to do.
 
Hmm, I guess maybe I will have to dig up my SS and look at that menu. I will check back with you later if I have any tips for ya.
 
no need to thank god i figured it out i'm telling you thou this must be the hardest game to setup controller atleast for me it is every other game they just ask you to push the buttons.
