Rice turned out ok. My plan to cook the hamburger in the pan that had the bacon grease in it was not well thought out. I thought it would add flavor, I didn't consider that grease would be flying at my face with such speed.

Rudeguy: I've cooked things without destroying any buildings or causing any fires. Sure I've had stuff boil over already (I've even screwed up Cream of Wheat at least twice already), but no property damage has resulted.
I'll pit my kitchen ineptitude against yours any day. 😛
