Sweet house
Sure the fuse box melted down and half the house has no electricity, the crawl space is full of sewage, and all the wood is rotted but it is cheap. It was seized a few months ago from some crack heads and sold for $5k or less, dude next to it said it was offered to him for $3500 and he still didn't want it, and whoever bought it cut the grass and hauled off 6 of those big dumpsters full of trash and put it back on the market for $14k. I thought about buying it myself and doing something like that but I just don't see what you could do with the place other then knock it down and start over and that just wouldn't make any money atm here. As it is I wouldn't even want to use it as a storage building.

What's up with the estimated payment? $546,733 per month?

EDIT: This might have something to do with it: *(Based on a 30-year fixed rate of 59000% with 20% down)
