I've had to do this just about all my life - my sinuses drain some nasty shit that feels like it just hangs around in the back of my throat.
Is it pretty and poetic? Hell no. But neither is farting, belching, etc. Some things just have to happen - but, as a polite individual, I try and do so discreetly if in the company of others (who aren't family/friends), or try and wait until out of sight/earshot.

Nothing like that lady.

That's why you have napkin/papertowel/paper sheet/etc. for a reason.

Oh, the tittle of the thread is wrong. I saw plenty of guys done that too, and from all walk of life/racial make up. I don't care if you are male or female or black/white/purple/green/ect., it is just nasty. At least try to be discreet.
