Some weird mark on my forehead showed up out of nowhere

After a normal day I went and watched some TV for about an hour 1/2. Afterward, when looking in the bathroom mirror, I noticed a weird smudge on my forehead. Thought maybe I got some kinda food residue on there accidentally or something so first thing I tried to rub it out with water, oddly enough, it didn't go away or do anything. This mark wasn't there a couple hours ago. I didn't bonk my head or anything, was in no pain, and it didn't feel weird or itch or anything.

So, I'm curious and a little worried. My presumption is that it's Sinus related, have had some bad congestion today. Then again I pretty much always have bad congestion. Anyways, now for the pics. My camera sucks, it actually stands out much more in person:

Anyone know what it might be or anyone else have a similar situation recently? It hadn't diluted or changed shape in any way since I first noticed it about 3 hours ago. Hopefully it'll be gone by the time I wake up.
