and i'd like to get a little advice.
question.
1. what happens if the buyer claims that the equipment arrived dead ?
2. what happens if it get damaged in mail
3. suppose if the other messes up the hardware (i am thinking of selling my gfx) and claims it arrived DOA.

edit.

which paypal account is good enough.
is personal ok. cuz i'd rather not pay anything.
does persoanl still allow me to buy/sell on ebay?

1) Refund.
2) File insurance claim.
3) File insurance claim.

eBay pointers -

1) Always buy from established sellers.
2) Never sell to zero feedback buyers.
3) Nigeria = Scam.
4) Always buy Delivery Confirmation and always ship using Priority Mail. Insure items over $100. Insurance is for the seller's safety, not the buyer's.

3) Nigeria = Scam. Also any othery country = very probably scam And if the buy pays with paypal always make sure you ship to a confirmed paypal address.

There's not much you can do to reprevent a buyer charge back w/ PayPal. Yes, it's pretty F up. But most people are honest.

That was hypothetical. You're pretty much stuck w/ accepting PayPal credit payment now.

Paypal is one reason I avoid using Ebay. Would much rather waste gas going around and sell stuff locally or close by.

Because a buyer can screw a seller anytime by filing a charge back w/ eBay/PayPal and they'll win virtually every time.
