I just came across the "Levis ICD" line of jackets.

"Levi's® ICD+? is a range of four jackets which includes a
producers jacket featuring an integrated communication and
entertainment system. This consists of a Philips Rush! MP3
player and a Philips Xenium GSM phone, controlled by a unified
Remote Control Unit. Voice dial can be operated via a microphone
inserted in the collar and both music and phone calls can be
listened to via eargear."

"Each of the four pieces of the range has a fully integrated communication system with wired concealed throughout the jacket connecting to the new Philips Xenium GSM mobile phone with carousel menus and voice dial. The phone is connected to a Philips Rush MP3 player and the two are controlled by a unified remote that allows users to switch between the two. The user listens to phone calls or music via eargear, incorporated in the collar. When the MP3 player is in use and a phone call comes in, the Remote switches automatically off the MP3 and lets the phone call come in. In order to make phone calls the user simply has to speak the name of the person to call in the microphone in the collar, without ever having to use the hardware."

yeah...I think they run around $900 each! Maybe it'll come down in price though.

Here is a brilliant idea: buy a normal jacket, an MP3 player, and a cellular phone!

What the heck is with people and this crap? You would save over $500 doing what I said and you would be able to use the MP3 player and cell phone when you arent wearing the jacket. Why must everything be integrated and dumb like this?

Its like those stupid "everything on a watch" ideas. Why not just carry around a PDA instead of trying to do shove that crap on a watch and operate it on a 1" by 1" screen on your wrist?

yeah i just did that....got my own jacket and cut some strategic holes..

got my celly and my mini disk player in it....but it doens't have the
cool microphone built-in the coller
