Some results of SM2262EN Controller with 96L TLC from Intel and Micron(IMFT)

Chris Ramseyer from Tweaktown has posted some results of 96L IMFT NAND with the SM2262EN Controller.

My NDA lifted on SM2262EN with Micron 96L TLC. I'm targeting Friday for the article as long as it doesn't conflict with any GPU content.

Seems like a decent performer overall, though I wonder when 96L from IMFT will start coming to mass market.

That HP EX920 (1TB) has the best 4K QD1 score (outside of Optane) on Anandtech:

So SM2262EN with IMFT 96L 3D TLC taking #1 spot (for NAND) in this metric.

Are there any budget sata controllers out there that support QLC already.
