I went to the mall today and as soon as I walk in this semi-sketchy dude comes up to me. I sort of continue to keep walking and he starts talking, then procedes to tell me thats hes not a cop and that he is with a non-profit organization. He then starts to go onto a rant about genetial herpies and goes into great detail about everything related to it. THANKS for the education

He then asks my friend brad and I if we would take some condoms.... he ended up giving us some, which felt wicked embrassing to get, standing in the middle of the mall. I wonder if this guy has a condom quota he needs to meet a day or something?

Well, I don't think I would trust those condoms unless there were other people handing them out. That would be some prank, handing out defective condoms to people too cheap to buy them.

he was with some other also sketchy looking girl... he had a whole sidebag full of them.. i definlty would be trusting these though :)

Sounds like a guy saw a couple homos in the mall and was concerned for their safety and so handed them some condoms.
