Some questions about ClubIT

I need to know what people generally think about ordering items from ClubIT.

Their prices seem okay to me. Slightly better than Newegg sometimes.


Questions:
1) How secure is their system for credit card orders?
2) How good is their customer service?
3) How do they really stack up in terms of reputation?

I ordered from them right after thanksgiving and my items were promptly delivered. No issues with the credit card billing at all.
Never had to call customer service as my order was shipped and billed correctly.
All in all it was a very positive experience and I would not hesitate to order from them again.

(ordered a case, psu, memory and cpu)
Oh -my rebates were promptly processed...I'm just waiting the 8-12 weeks for the checks to show up.

Do they accept purchases using an international credit card?

I have a shipping/billing address in Florida, USA but I live in Jamaica, where the card was issued.

The only issue that I have with them is that they use FedEx Ground, which is rediclously slow.

FedEx Ground gets here faster than UPS ground for me.

International in the sense that it was issued in Jamaica but IT IS a US$ credit card.

What is Newegg's policy regarding this? They accept it.

ClubIT is a top notch retailer.

FedEx Ground takes five or six business days to get to IL from CA.

UPS Ground takes three or four, but it does not matter because everything else that comes from CA via UPS goes three day.
