My first post!!! 
Okay this is my current rig:
19 inch monitor I play at 1440x900
4600x2 (AM2)
8600 GTS (256MB)
2 gb ram (PC 6400/800)
Raidmax Smilodon
PSU:ENERMAX Noisetaker II EG495P-VE ATX12V 485W Power Supply 115/230
+3.3@32A,+5V@32A,+12V1@22A,+12V2@22A,-12V@0.6A,+ 5VSB@3.0A
okay the future upgrade will be an 8800gt.
1st:will there be a large bottleneck between the CPU AND GPU? (I mostly play Source games, bf2 based games (2142) and will sure look into Crysis.
2nd: Do u think it will fit in my case? i have it pretty neat and I did some wire management to it.
3rd:Will the PSU be able to handle the 8800gt.? without any problems?
