Some progs (Eudora, Dreamweaver...) and mouse wheel problem

Hey guys,

I have a USB MS Intellimouse (standard, 2 button with wheel), and I have the following problem:

in some programs like Eudora and Dreamweaver, if I roll down the wheel it'll scroll perfectly (line per line) but if I roll up it'll go like 10 lines at a time...anyone has a clue on how to solve that?
