Right now the biggest problem I am having is random lockups that would occur when the system accesses the hardrive. This can occur at anytime even when just surfing the net or listening to some mp3. The hardrive led would light up and my usb mouse will freeze. Sometimes it will recover from that lockout within a couple seconds but in some cases only a reboot fixes the problem. And then another problem occurs. After rebooting, the system would sometimes boot windows normally and sometimes it would stall loading the os. And again when it stalls u can see the hard drive led lighting up. Now here is the strangest thing. I turn off my system completely , but the keyboard light will stay on. In that state if I power the machine on again it will again sometimes boot completly into windows or stall at various stages such as, when the hardrive is detected, right when the os starts loading, and maybe sometimes during the os load.
Fortunately I found at one more thing. If I pull the power supply plug it will probalby reset the system completly and after that the system behaves normal again.

after some lockups,reboots, and random tweaking my graphics card is finally running in agp 4x mode vs 1x mode, but now something is wrong with my ide controller.
