Some problems after installing memory...

Its odd. I went from 1g (2x512) corsair value ram to 2g (2x1g) OCZ Platinum Edition ram. Windows boots up telling me there is a registry problem and it was fixed succesfully. So I log into windows after rebooting about 4 times. Nothing will load tho. AIM, Yahoo, or Xfire. Seems like only my instant messengers. Winamp, Aquamark3d, and Firefox all load with no problems. What could be causing this? Anyone?

Try a reformat.

Could be bad memory which caused registry corruption and all your troubles.

But its running fine now. Except for the instant messengers. I just finished playing Quake 4. I don't understand...

Alright..I was OCing with the last memory. So I rebooted and lowered the FSB. Its running fine now.
