Some pos feedback for Monarch

So I ordered that NEC dvd-rw drive last sat (7/9/05) with Nero software (+$7) and a Logitech Elite kleyboard and still as of yesterday (wed) night has not received word of it being shipped, which I felt as a longish time (since they said 1-2 busn days for it to ship). I sent them an email last night asking if there was a problem, and already got an email:

"I would look for your order to ship this evening. There was a small inventory issue on the Nero software, we received the incorrect version. Being that you ordered an OEM drive, it would be in poor taste to backorder the software you'd need to use the drive. I've upgraded your shipping to FedEx 2-Day Air to help offset some of the delay."

I was really happy with quick response and an explanation, which I told them in my reply email.
