I went on a trip up to the mountains this past weekend and took a few shots, nothing really spectacular to me at all, but thought I would share anyway.

I havent even touched them, only had time to upload them to my site for the ones that I thought came out ok. They were all taken with a nikon D40 and most of them were taken with tamron 17-50 2.8 lens.

yeah, they have some Really great places to fish up there. I wish I had more time up there.

Those pics would look quite a bit better in a few more weeks, with everything greened up/filled out.

Great though! I love that area. Always enjoyed the trips with my family to the NC Appalachian mountains. I wouldn't mind living up there.

Yeah I was hoping everything would be just starting to bloom considering everything is full in Raleigh, NC. But I underestimated it, oh well. They have their own look to them though that I kind of like, who knows when I will be able to go back up there. I hate only taking a weekend cause one day to drive up and the next to drive back isnt fun. I actually haven't had the chance to take a trip anywhere for vacation in over two years.
