Ok just a lil help

I have some pics I took using my digi cam. 8sec exposure time. And i have some "Hot Pixels" can someone point me to a tutorial to get rid of these?? People have said I have to do some "image reduction" but i suck at PS. so any help would be good

Isn't there a "remove noise" filter in Photoshop? Apply it with progressively more aggressive searching until it's cleared up.
