Since when do we have to warn people about about NSFW text? There's plenty of NSFW text on these forums.

This is one of the things that annoys me about Wikipedia... everyone is so caught up in trying to be the first person to edit new information into a page that they turn it into a news site, with absurd amounts of space devoted to recent events and trivial, unencyclopedic information included in articles. If people put that much effort into editing what's already there, the site would be a lot better.

You are correct, there is plenty of NSFW text on the forums, but while using foul language here and there is permitted, ?excessive? foul language is not according to the forum guidelines. Obviously, I made a mistake in judgment and stand corrected.

Think... if you were expert on a subject, you might enjoy (even profit, and I'm not talking about the narrow $$ sense of "profit") from checking out wikipedia on the subjects that I was expert in) checking out that subject and updating when I thought my contribution worthy. Admit it, wikipedia is a great resource. It ain't dieing out any time soon. If it does it will only be because something better came along.
