I just loved the quotes:

"They said '100% beef.' I thought that meant it was good for you," Barber told Newsday. "I thought the food was OK."

"Those people in the advertisements don't really tell you what's in the food," he said. "It's all fat, fat and more fat. Now I'm obese."

I mean what is next? Pretty soon someone will say eating sugary foods is bad for your teeth

this all started when that idiot woman put a hot cup of coffee between her legs, took off the lid, started driving, and then spilled coffee all over herself. instead of getting laughed at for her stupidity by her coworkers and then shrugging it off she sued mcdonald's and won. if that idiot jury hadn't been convinced that mcdonald's was maliciously warming its coffee in order to burn people (that stuff was cold by the time you got to it anyway!) then none of this would be happening. i should sue her for starting the trend of idiot lawsuits.

IIRC, that happened on the first day the lady's nephew/grandson was driving a stick

Frivolous lawsuits have been around even longer than McDonalds, believe it or not.
Do some reading on the case that you cited. It's not quite as cut and dried as most people seem to think.

LMAO on that one. :D

How about we sue the tobacco industry for lung cancer and television industry for putting on mind-numbing shows.
