I was driving on canyon road and there was traffic was little bit surprised but consider what time it was I thought to many cars on the road as its one way each lane and u cant pass. Nope it wasn't to many cars some a minivan was going 20 mph on the road that has 45 mph speeds limit. For those that in Los Angeles, I am talking about Topanga canyon. Behind me were another 20 cars and about 10 in front. You would think that with such backup this person would pull over and let people pass him, nope he ignored the person that was flashing and some person even honked, so everyone was forced to be behind him till road went to 2 lanes. Where?re the cops when you need them.
 
lol- he was probably just having fun.
i've done that sometimes- when some piss ass annoyign driver behind me is tailgating or hooting or just being a jerk, i slow down to an annoying speed and don't let him pass, then floor it and leave him in the dust 😀

30 cars isn't having fun, it's being an asswipe, and it's also breaking the law.

lol no it was white. if that guy was having fun then he should have just pulled over let all the cars that were behind him pass him and then continue on his way as slow as he wanted.

on my way back from mammoth, some asswipe was doing 40 mph on the 395, in the very hilly section that you cant see anywhere to go in the opposite lane for passing.

argh. assholes, all of them.
 
In WA state you are suppose to pull over to the side and let people pass if you are holding back 5 or more vehicles. I assume the law is similar in other states. I've yet to see anyone follow this law. This ranks up there with people not understanding the sign "keep right except to pass" on multi-lane highways.
 
I tailgate them until they speed up or change lanes. My peeves are those who go the speed limit or less in the right most lanes. And those who don't feel the need to use their blinkers. Actually, I don't like most drivers on the road.
 
Um, the right hand lanes are the slow lanes. It's the left hand lanes that are the fast lanes (or for passing).

But you're right - I don't like most drivers on the road either.

a friend and i back when we were 17 or so did this on a 4 lane road....we were side by side at stop signs and we would get up close to the wheel like we were granny driving and accelerate really slow up to the speed limit......or we would race up to the speed limit and then stay there....(driving a 90 mercury sable and a 88 honda accord)

Either the shoulder, or if no traffic is coming I'll pass in the opposing lane over solid-double-yellows. Guys like you are usually the ones honking or flashing their lights when I dust them.

If I was writing this for my English 102 class the grammar and spelling would have been much better then when I am posting online.
