So over the summer while browsing some school forums, this girl IMed me, we talked for a bit..then I lost interest, and would drop hints by never replying with more than 2 words at a time..that lasted maybe 3 days, then I just stopped replying to anything she said altogether.

Thanks to Trillian, here's how all the last convos have gone..

IIRC, it just makes you not show up online to them, it doesn't tell them that you don't want to accept IMs from them. It's not rude.
