What's ironic to me is that this whole thread is made in jest of people with terrible reading comprehension, but at least half the people who've responded didn't manage to catch the part that this wasn't Adul corresponding with the village idiot.

Is it really that surprising? 49% of this country has ADD from watching too much TV and 49% is functionally illiterate. The other 2% post on Anandtech.
 
She is NO attorney!

It's just a common empty threat intended to scare the other side. I had someone do that to me once. But it seems dumb when that attorney, if she is one, was willing to lose her license to practice over a hit-and-run fender bender.
