My apartment complex is laying down new asphalt on the parking lot today and laying down new stripes and the whole sha-bang.
Well they sent out a notice a few times last week letting the residents know that they would be doing this, and that their cars needed to be moved out of certain areas by 7am this morning, or they will be towed at the resident's expense.
Well when I was walking out to my car this morning, I noticed several big trucks driving around. I also noticed a bunch of people didn't move their cars.
They were tow trucks loading up all the cars that the people didn't move.
I'd say 10-15+ people are going to wake up without cars by 8am.
 
10-15? How big is the apartment complex. You're always good for one or two idiots but that still seems like a lot.

The apartment complex is decent sized, but like, no one moved. No one took it seriously. I won't comment on on the people who didn't move, because I don't want to offend anyone.

yea they are just morons, happens here also, the clean teh streets the first monday and teusday of EVERY month, have for as long as i can remember, yet TONS of peopel get their cars towed because they dont move them, they even drive around with a huge loud speaker adn announce that if you are parked on the even/odd side of the street that your car will be towed,

i must see at least 10 people get towed on those days, and thats just from around my house, its a 50$ fine and 80$ for the tow

What about people like me that travel a lot for business? Sometimes I gone for weeks at at time.

They've pulled similar shyte where I live with painting and I was out of town, luckily my truck was parked far enough away from the buildings to miss any over spray.
