Bare with me here. Any help would be appreciated.
1. I painted my plastic dell case all black and decided to do something else. So i used paint thinner to remove most of the paint. Some of the paint still remains but very thin layer but you can feel it. What sand paper can i use to level it all out? Remember its a plastic case underneath the paint.
2. Should i still put primer on it?
3. I want to do a cow paint mod on it. I want to first paint it all white then add the black spots. I know when finish adding all the black spots, you can feel that the black paint is higher than the white paint. How can i level it out without sanding it?
4. What can i add to make it all shiny when its all done?
