Some Overlays/OSDs don't work anymore - GTX285

I can't tell if it's because of 190.83 but now when I turn on the OSD for the Nvidia System Monitor or use TSO(TeamSpeakOverlay) it doesn't show up in any game. The only thing that works is Fraps. I haven't regularly used these so I can't really tell when they stopped working. Anyone else experience this?
