Its called natural selection, those who cannot post properly (=lack of content/lack of grammar/lack of search function/...) and cannot take the heat for that, will stay away... making this a better place :)

No kidding. Suits me just fine if the immature, uneducated sorts get weeded out. This would be a much better forum if it was limited to over-18's who scored higher than 400 on the verbal portion of the SATs.

bah, it's a initiation all n00bs have to go through, and seriously, most of them deserve it.

You could start a bleeding-heart club, the 'Cuddle a n00b club', with the slogan; 'have you cuddled a n00b today?', but thankfully you wouldn't get many takers.

Get over it, they seem to pretty quickly.

Now, banning long time members whining like little girls about really insignificant issues, thats something i could get excited about ;)
