Question Some noise

Good day. Bought a laptop some time ago, and now it makes noise when I don't do anything. Noise stops if I play games, scrolling a website, or even just move my mouse. Any ideas what can be a problem? Thanks in advance.

How's the noise? Could be anything from cpu fan to your hard drive.

The noise is kind of buzzing or humming. It can't be fans, I turned them off to check, the noise still appears.

Might be hard drive then. Do a S.M.A.R.T scan : https://www.howtogeek.com/134735/how-to-see-if-your-hard-drive-is-dying/

Generally, it says my hard drive is good. Do I need a specific info out of there? Or it can be something else, besides the hard drive?
