i think this is a repost, unless there is another guy that does that too.

are automatic shotguns legal? i wouldn't think they would be for regular consumers.
 
Just checked, California has a limit of 10 rounds on any gun unless the magazine or gun was purchased before 2001.

...yep, it's illegal to sell my 30 round magazine for my .22 in my state.
 
Fully automatic weapons are illegal everywhere (that I know of), without special permits. Semi-auto are legal. That guy is using a semi-auto shotgun, which is quite common. You can see him pull the trigger each time a round fires. I?m just trying to clarify this distinction, as some people do not seem to know the difference.
